Each cocktail has been artfully arranged by Colin Field, the Chef du Bar of the legendary Hemingway Bar at The Ritz Hotel Paris. Elegant in both appearance and taste, a red rose and petite size pairing arrive at the table as the perfect compliment to each designer cocktail. Our personal favorite is the Hemingway Old Fashioned, Makers Mark Bourbon married with lemon and orange over ice, paired with a parmesan phyllo crisp in a pool of balsamic syrup. If you dare, our in house whiskey lover recommends the Mach 2, Laphroaig and Green Chartreuse, coupled with the salmon cornet. Their engagement is perfectly sweet and smoky.
